Payment Policy

Payment Policy

  • 30% of the Invoice value at the time of Reservation (Soon after you receive the confirmation mail and invoice).
  • 70% of the Invoice value on arrival for Economy and Deluxe packages.
  • 70% of the Invoice value 20 Days before arrival for Luxury Packages & arrival of cities Except Delhi (e.g. Oberoi Hotels & Taj Group of Hotels).

Cancellation policy

  • You can cancel the trip by sending the "written request for cancellation by email". No telephonic request will be accepted.
  • However, in case of emergency or where it is not possible to send the mail, you can inform us telephonically but you need to send the "written request for cancellation by email" as soon as possible.

If you cancel the reservation:

  • On or before 30 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 5% of invoice amount (banking fee + administration fee).
  • On or before 15 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 10% of invoice amount.
  • Less than 15 days preceding your check-in date or No Show: No Refund. 30% advance paid will be forfeited.
  • Hotels Cancellation and Refunds as per Hotels Policies.

Refund Policy

Refund will be processed:

  • No refund will be paid in Cash even if the payment has been made in cash. Please submit your Bank account details to process the refund.
  • Refund will be credited in the same Bank account or Credit/Debit Card Account as the case may be from which the advance has been deposited.
  • Refund will be processed from 7 to 15 working days (Maximum 15 working days) from the date of receiving the "written request for cancellation by email.

Offline Payments

Balance 70% you can pay on arrival either in Cash ($ USD, $ AUD, $ CAD, £ POUNDS, € Euros or AED) or by Credit Cards. We will swap your credit card through Card swapping Terminal. We accept MASTER & VISA Credit Cards.

After receiving the advance payment will be sent an Official Receipt by Email. For Cash Payment we will give you official receipt at the time of payment.

 

How long does it take to get a confirmation?

24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...). Sometimes it take only a few hours: we try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Reservation Procedure

Making a reservation with “Golden Triangle Trip India” is very easy. Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address.

As soon as we receive your request, we will contact your chosen hotel within few hours to confirm your reservation and advise you the reservation status within 24 hours except for special cases. It may sometimes take only a few hours. If any of the hotels chosen by you is fully booked and not available, we will suggest you the alternative hotels.

We try our best to get back to you as soon as possible and it is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...).

Once all the hotels are confirmed, we will send you a confirmation mail detailing all the reservation and price conditions. Along with we will send you an invoice to make the advance payment. After receiving the advance payment we will issue the CONFIRMATION VOUCHER.

After receiving the advance, we will send you the confirmation vouchers by email.

 

Issuing Confirmation Voucher

Once we received the advance payment, we will issue CONFIRMATION VOUCHER and will send the same to you by email, On your arrival we will hand over the original confirmation vouchers to you and you will be asked to present the same at front desk upon check-in. If it is not possible to hand over the vouchers to you, we will send them directly to the hotel/hotels and in that case you just have to show your identity along with print out of the confirmation voucher.

 

Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly

No. We issue the confirmation voucher only after getting the written confirmation from the hotel. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.
