Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policy

You can cancel the trip by sending the "written request for cancellation by email". No telephonic request will be accepted.

However, in case of emergency or where it is not possible to send the mail, you can inform us telephonically but you need to send the "written request for cancellation by email" as soon as possible.

If you cancel the reservation:

  • On or before 30 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 5% of invoice amount (banking fee + administration fee).
  • On or before 15 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 10% of invoice amount.
  • Less than 15 days preceding your check-in date or No Show: No Refund. 30% advance paid will be forfeited.
  • Flight Cancellation and Refunds as per Airlines Policies.
  • Hotels Cancellation and Refunds as per Hotels Policies.

Refund Policy

Refund will be processed:

  • Refund will be processed from 7 to 15 working days (Maximum 15 working days) from the date of receiving the "written request for cancellation by email".
  • Refund will be credited in the same Bank account or Credit/Debit Card Account as the case may be from which the advance has been deposited.
  • No refund will be paid in Cash even if the payment has been made in cash. Please submit your Bank account details to process the refund.
